Together with over twenty local and regional campaign groups we organised two meetings with then Shadow Health Secretary Heidi Alexander and John McDonnell.

In the process we presented evidence from all over the country that bore witness to the damage being done by privatisation.

At the time TESTIMONY was received reluctantly and met with not a great deal of sympathy. Throughout our two hour meetings we made it clear that the Labour Party, as the party of Opposition, had to stand up to the corporate sector moving into our NHS and destroying it in order to take it over as a profit making service.
